1. How to cancel the cab service booking ?
The cancellation process of a cab service booking is very simple, fast and easy in RtcYatra. You just ask RtcYatra executive for cancelling your booking at https://rtcyatra.xyz/contact-us.php with your booking id thru your registered contact. RtcYatra cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation for cancellation update of cab services !
2. How much time require for cancelling the cab service booking ?
It just 1 or 2 minute process for cancelling the any cab service booking. Please follow the cancellation proces which is describe above in this cacellation policy of cab services !
3. What is the fees of cancellation a cab service booking ?
It will be 10% of booking amount as a bank transation expenses if the booking still the stage of booked only and pickup time more than 48 working hours !
It will be 30% of booking amount as bank transation expenses and company expenses if the booking still the stage of booked only and pickup time less than 48 working hours !
It will be 100% of booking amount as company expenses if the booking scheduled !
4. Can we get back booking amount of cab service booking ?
Yes, you will get back 100% booking amount if the booking cancelled by RtcYatra or his partner !
Yes, you will get back 90% booking amount if the booking still the stage of booked only and pickup time more than 48 working hours !
Yes, you will get back 70% booking amount if the booking still the stage of booked only and pickup time less than 48 working hours !
No, you will not get back booking amount if the booking scheduled. You can pospone your travelling up to 30 days !
5. Can we cancel the cab service booking during travel ?
Yes, you can cancel the cab service booking during your travelling. You will be charged full booked amount in case you decide to shorten your booking. Money for the remaining services will not be refundable. Also, we will take a legal action instantly if you will not pay remaining balance !
6. When we get back our refund amount ?
Generally it is creadited in payment account within 02 to 10 working days as per instructions of bank. Also, you can request for instant refund in your provided account or upi id which will be chargable 20% of refundable amount !
